Alma Histórica is located in front of the most beautiful and romantic Plaza in Montevideo, Plaza Zabala, in the historic center of the city. In its surroundings are restaurants, theaters, cafes, bookstores and antique houses.

BUSINESS HOURS:
In general shops are open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Shopping Centers open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Banks open Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
Non-working public holidays in Uruguay are: January 1st, May 1st, July 18th,August 25th and December 25th. Working public holidays: January 6th, April 19th, May 18th, June 19th, October 12th and November 2nd. Many businesses close during Carnival (February – March) and Easter Week (March – April).

LOCAL TRANSPORT

Taxis and buses that circulate around the city are safe and can be taken on the street, in the same way we have extensive UBER coverage.
